Our University of South Alabama One Stop team welcomes you to the Jaguar Family! You have played an important part in your students’ achievements. But your importance to their journey doesn’t end simply because college begins. So, as your student stands poised to enter this next phase of their lives, we as administrators, faculty, staff, and alumni, stand ready to welcome you, as one of our Honorary Jaguars.
The transition to college represents a significant step toward adulthood for our students. This new experience is paved with excitement, adventure, and possibilities. There is a lot to learn, for both students and families, and we are here to support you. The USA One Stop is staffed with a team of professional and student ambassadors, who are cross-trained and dedicated to assisting you from enrollment to graduation.

We use these platforms as a way to share more immediate information, resources, and important deadlines throughout the year.

We understand that navigating the federal financial aid process can be challenging, but you don't have to do it alone. Your Jaguar family is ready to offer you support and guidance every step of the way.
Tips for Success
- Do you need access to your student's financial aid records? Be sure they've completed the FERPA Release Form.
- Does your student need to submit verification documents? Access the USA Financial Aid Verification Portal.
- Have your financial circumstances changed? Your student may be eligible to submit a Family Contribution Appeal.
